Each en-suite has their own east-facing balcony. A shared laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer is at your disposal. There is and additional shared bathroom to guarantee your relaxation and well-being.
The living space, 59sqm, is fitted with a vast living room where you will have the opportunity to relax in front of the 2-sided fire place. Large bay windows and French doors brighten up the room and going outside, you can rest on the two terraces facing south-east and south-west to take in the stunning mountain views.
The fully equipped open plan kitchen-dining room with American style fridge, dishwasher, oven, micro-wave, espresso coffee machine, closet wine cellar and central large granite worktop with induction stove and pull out extractor hood. You will find the large dining table opposite, great for sitting round a hearty meal.
